Porcelain enameled restaurant range power burners rated at 15,000 BTU come equipped with spark ignition and a removable stainless steel cover which serves as a work surface.

Dynamic Cooking Systems exclusive infra-red rotis burner reaches cooking temperatures in 30 seconds. This state-of-the-art technology provides intense searing heat to lock in natural juices and nutrients.

The easy to use smoker system is engineered for hot or cold smoking, low temperature roasting, even streaming and features a stainless steel tray for convenient loading and cleaning.
