These are only a few of our pricing options, please call the office for more info and to inquire on availability. There are no extra fees in our pricing, just the price per gallon and sales tax.

Budget Rate

For customers that use at least 500 gallons per year. Please call your local branch for more info and pricing.

New sets

$1.999 per gallon First fill

$1.00 lifetime lease contingent upon one delivery per year.

No charge to set our tank in the same location as your current tank, new tank sets or different locations require labor and county permit charges.

Customer Owned Tank

If you own your tank and have never used Tri-Gas we will require a GasCheck and pressure test before filling it.

Tri-Gas will NOT fill a customer owned tank with out a bill of sale or proof of purchase of the tank as per MPGA, Federal & State rules and regulations. For more information on this policy please click below.

Same Day or Special Delivery $200.00

This fee is labor for special delivery trips like same deliveries if we do not have a truck in your area or after hours deliveries. This fee does not apply to Keepfull customers.

Service Call

$100.00 per hour for one tech

$150.00 per hour for contractor line repair

After Hours $200.00 per hour

This labor fee applies to deliveries and services for Customers after normal business hours and on weekends & Holidays.

Pre-Buy

Pre-Buy Form

Pre-bought gallons are not refundable for the duration of the contract. If you have remaining gallons after Mar. 31st 2023 you will be refunded for those gallons at $2.089 per gallon. Once pre-bought gallons are exhausted your price automatically goes to the price cap of $2.189 until March 31st 2023 with no extra fees. To participate in the Pre-Buy program you must have used a minimum of 500 gallons last heating season and pre-purchase at least 500 gallons for the 2022-2023 season.
